5 AXIS SECTION : High precision 5-axis CNC grinding machine which includes ANCA machines model like TX CELL, MX5, RX7, FASTGRIND and WALTER HELETRONIC POWER, WALTERBASIC.
ROUGH GRINDING SECTION : This includes high precision cylindrical grinders from Rollomatic and Micromatic, Tool and Cutter Grinders & Optical Profile Grinders.
DESIGN SECTION: Designing of the tools in done on SIEMENS UNI-GRAPHIC SOFTWARE which help us to achieve accurate design by analyzing machine performance, calculating tool weight and flexibility.
SHOP FLORE: The production facility includes the setup of HWATCHON & BFEW VMC machine with additional 4th & 5th Axis, balancing of tools is done In-house and measuring of taper shank in AT3 class tolerance is done by air gauges.
For Quality Control, VP INDUSTRIES is having a world class setup for inspection of tools which includes Zoller Inspection machine Model Genius3 , Smile 600 & Sipcon make VDO image magnification. On this machines we are checking each and every parameter of tool & printed reports are giving with Tools.
